It was such a cool experience to get the oportunity to perform in the Globe Theater in Stockholm. The Globe is one of Europe’s most famous event centers. It opened in 1989 and can seat 16,000 people. Obviously for the Vattenfall shows we weren’t playing for a sold out crowd but we did perform two shows for about 1,500 employees each night. A night or two before our first show the band Green Day performed on the same stage, which was real cool. Stockholm was a great and beautiful city and it made for an extra cool experience getting to perform in such a huge and famous venue!

Hey Breton,
Sounds like you are having a great time and we have enjoyed getting periodic updates from various cast members. We just had a huge snow storm that started last last Tuesday night and by Thursday evening we had at least 2 feet of snow! Friday it started warming up and on Sat and Sun much of the snow had melted. This afternoon I went to see “Wicked” with John and Beth Bosio – what a show! It was wonderful. If you ever have a chance to see it, take it! Good luck with the rest of your tour and hope to see you when you get back to Broomfield. Say HI to all from the “neighborhood.”
Love, Cindi
It’s great to see that UWP is back at the Globben. 20 years ago Cast 1988A performed there for the World Hockey Championship – and it WAS a sold out crowd, plus internationally televised. Enjoy your tour, Cast B!
